The project consisted of two subprojects, first subproject includes landfill sites operation management inspection and ten landfill sites groundwater sampling. Second subproject is assisting local government implementing their responsibility in waste management, which includes collecting three closed landfill sites follow-up monitoring items, and then suggesting concrete methods of reusing the landfill and wastes after waste removing.
